The newly opened New Meadowlands Stadium will be playing host to many exciting events this year. The home of the New York Giants and New York Jets will kick off their football season on September 12th 2010. In the upcoming months, the New Meadowlands will host a soccer game between the USA vs 5 time world champion Brazil on August 10th 2010. College football also take center staged as New Jerseys own Rutgers will face off against Army on October 16th 2010. Notre Dame will play Navy for the first time since 2004 on October 23rd 2010.

The IZOD Center will also come alive this year while hosting all events of all sorts that appeal to sport fanatics, famalies, or concert goers. Duke vs Butler & Army vs Penn will square off on December 4th 2010. Famalies with children will be happy to see that The Wiggles will make their return to the IZOD Center on August 17th 2010 and Sesame Street LIVE will follow up with multiple shoes starting September 30th to October 3rd 2010. Last but not least, concerts will be in full bloom starting with the mega rockers Slayer and Megadeth on August 12th 2010. Tom Petty & The HeartBreakers will also take the stage on August 24th 2010. Teen-phenom Justin Bieber will be in town for his own gig at the IZOD on November 17th 2010.

Multi-platinum artists Jay-Z and Eminem will play 3 shows in total for as they represent their hometowns. Detroit will get their first taste of the smash hits that they both have to offer on September 2nd and 3rd as Jay-Z will will close this tour out in no other than the Bronx on September 13th 2010. This is a once in a life time show with these two pairings so get your hands on tickets fast because they will not last.
